Emmanuel Otoo

Emmanuel Otoo is a mission-driven leader with close to two decades of international experience advancing education equity, child rights, global health, and social justice through community-led, power-shifting approaches. He is passionate about ensuring that children everywhere, particularly the most marginalized, have access to inclusive quality education and opportunities to thrive. Emanuel currently serves as Director of Programs at MiracleFeet, where he leads global efforts to expand access to clubfoot treatment by integrating care into public health systems, with a special focus on low-resource settings. Earlier in his career, he served as Program Officer at Wellspring Philanthropic Fund, West Africa Regional Director for Free the Slaves, and worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the International Labour Organization (ILO/IPEC), advancing child protection, community development, and anti-trafficking initiatives. He holds advanced degrees in Social Work and Project Management—alongside a degree in Sociology, each shaping his holistic approach to equity, systems transformation, and cross-sector collaboration.
